Bachelor in Psychology, Four-Year
Saraswati Multiple Campus, Tribhuvan University
General, developmental, social and abnormal psychology, psychological testing and research methods.
Kathmandu, Nepal
Hello,
I’m a psychology graduate from Tribhuvan University, interested in mental health, child and adolescent well-being, and social inclusion.
I enjoy learning about people, listening to their stories, and exploring how we can build kinder and more supportive communities — in schools, at home, and in society.
About
I studied psychology at Saraswati Multiple Campus, Tribhuvan University, completing the four-year programme. I grew up in Rainas, Lamjung, and moved to Kathmandu to study.
What interests me sits between the classroom and the counselling room — how children and teenagers handle pressure at school, at home, and now online, and what actually helps them instead of what only sounds helpful. I would rather work with a class teacher than around one.
I’m looking for a first full-time role where I speak to people directly: student support in a school, a psychosocial programme, or research assistance with an organisation doing this work in Nepal. I read, write and interview in both Nepali and English.
